Cool! How did you go about acquiring a quarter of a cow?
A man in our church whose daughter is a friend of mine was butchering 5 of his cows. We've thought about doing this before, but we jumped at the chance to buy from a friend, where we knew exactly what the beef had been eating (grass) and that is was hormone free.
