You know you're a homeschooling mom when...

...instead of screaming as the centipede goes racing across the kitchen floor, you grab a gladware container and trap it for further inspection and drawing lessons.

We currently have a 5 inch praying mantis living in a container in our dining room. And for 12 hours we had a 2 inch wolf spider in an old spaghetti sauce jar. Now that's loving the homeschooled kids, cause I DON'T do spiders, but I did catch that one.
